Lead members of the RK Buddhist Church of Los Angeles attended the first session of the Dharma Teacher Course on June 11, 2011. The 52-week course covers the Basic Teachings of Buddhism and the Threefold Lotus Sutra, and focuses on both the learning and practice of the buddhist teachings.
The Dharma Teachers Course is intended as a gateway course for English-speaking members to qualify as Dharma Teachers. The course is held at the Los Angeles church in downtown Los Angeles.
